Training requirements vary based on each specific dogs needs.   Average time for training is between 3-4 weeks.

A $400 deposit is required for all board and train programs.  This deposit is not refundable should you cancel your program.  There may be some exceptions to this policy based on owners discretion.  

At this time we do not offer in home training.  We strictly offer board and train programs.  Exception:  Existing clients

A $400 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking.   Credit card payments have a 3% surcharge added to price of services, cash has no additional fees.  

Payment in full is required at time of drop off.  

We do offer go homes on weekends after the second week IF it's in the best interest of the dog.  We are working to fundamentally make changes to your dogs state of mind and behavior and there are times that a visit home could set them back.  If for some reason we decide this is not in the best interest of the dog, we will definitely talk to you about it and get your buy-in.  Going home allows you to come and get a lesson and put into practice what we have been teaching your dog in their own environment and trouble shoot any issues you may have upon their return.  

Unfortunately, no we can't offer multi-dog household discounts.  The amount of time and energy that goes into training a dog is the same household is often even more with same dog households.  We have to train them both independently and together which adds more steps to the process. 

Safety of your pet is our #1 concern while they are in our care.  To ensure that a number of items are in place: 

• Appropriate Fire detectors and Carbon monoxide detectors are in place in training/boarding space 
• Fire extinguishers in training space 
• 24 hour full exterior and interior surveillance in place 
• Owner is American Red Cross First Aid and CPR pet certified 
• Use of FI  GPS tracker collars for all training dogs taken off property for training. 
• Fenced Area for potting and also use of tie out while pottying is used.  
• Dialy cleaning and sanitizing of training/boarding space as well as daily cleaning of dog potty area. 
• Pets are crated in the highest quality escape proof crates  by IMPACT during down time.
• Emergency contact information and plans are in place for each dog.

• Flea & Tick Preventative
